Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the device compact and improve its economic efficiency by the method wherein a pressure-up device is provided in the midway of the oil pressure supply system for operating the intake valve of a hydraulic machine, and this is operated only when high operation power is required.
CONSTITUTION: In the case where the intake valve of a hydraulic machine is made of a rotary valve, the operation power required for shutting off the water flow sharply increases when the valve approaches its closure. In the oil pressure device for operating the valve, normally compressed oil from compressed oil tank 1 is sent to servomotor 3 via oil pipe 4, bypass circuit 6 having check valve 7, and pressure distribution valve 2, and thereby the valve is operated. When operation power detector 8 provided for servomotor 8 detects an increase in the operation power, pressure-up device 5 provided for oil pipe 4 operates, and thereby high-pressure oil is supplied to pressure distribution valve 2. Consequently, the capacity of servomotor 3 can be remarkably reduced, so that the device can be made compact and its economic efficiency can be increased.
