CONSTITUTION:Magnetic head (AE head) 5 for audio signal erasure and recording and reproducing magnetic head (CVE head) 7 for a program searching signal are fitted to holder 9 at a fixed interval and on the other hand, magnetic head (A head) 6 for audio signal recording and reproduction and magnetic head (C head) 8 for control signal recording and reproduction are also fitted to holder 10 at a fixed interval; and holders 9 and 10 are fixed in one body by fixing plate 11 and while AE head 5 and A head 6 are arranged on audio rack 2 of magnetic tape 1 running as shown by the arrow, CVE head 7 and C head 8 are positioned on control rack 3, thereby constituting a magnetic head.
