Abstract

PURPOSE: To make termination of sample easy and enable variation-free measurement to be performed without any hindrances such as chuck breakage and other by applying antislip treatment to the intermediate or outside twisted layer which constitutes the multilayer bare twisted wires.
CONSTITUTION: First, the multilayer bare twisted wires are cut to a requited length. Next, the outside and intermediate twisted wires 3, 2 on both sides are cut to let the core wires 1 of a suitable length protrude. The ends of the core wires 1 are bound with a vinyl tape 4.
