Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled board which has a fine apparance and in which no exfoliation of film is caused by extending a thermoplastic resin ornament film on the upper surface of a female metal mold having a pattern recession and a bedplate supporting surface, and thereafter heating and solftening the film to tightly attaching the same.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic synthetic resin film 2 with its printed surface directed upward is arranged on the upper surface of a female metal mold 1, and the four side ends of the film is clamped by a clamping device thereby to extend the film on the female metal mold 1. Then, the style film 2 is softened by heating means such as hot air or an infrared ray lamp from the upper part thereof, and tightened along four bedplate placed surfaces 1a from the bottom surface of within the pattern recession 3 of the female metal mold 1. Then, a bonding agent 5 is applied onto the film 2, and a foaming resin solution 6 is poured in the pattern recession 3 in a quantity sufficient for filling the recession. Thereafter, the bedplate 7 is placed on the bonding agent layer 5 to tightly adhere thereto. Then, the film is placed on a lower press plate 9, and pressed by a upper press plate 8 thereby simultaneously to foam and harden the same.
