Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the drop of plant activity rate accompanied by cleaning the system by providing a system in hot water pipe flowway in a parallel where solid foreign materials are removed, and a flow observation controller to observe and control hot drain water flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: Hot drain water discharged from steel plant and the like is delivered from hot water pipe 10 and is passing through either of solid foreign material removers installed in parallel to deliver to an evaporator 12 by increasing pressure with a delivery pump 11. The flow rate is observed by providing the flow observation controller 29 on discharge side of water supply pipe which comprises the orifice 26, transmitter 27 and arithmetic unit 28. The reduction of flow rate is considered as clogging foreign materials, and the present flowing system is closed to switch to the other system to clean the clogged system. This enables the drop of plant activity rate accompanied with cleaning system to prevent and the process hot drain water to utilize effectively.
