Abstract
PURPOSE: To make adhesion of concrete better and improve water sealability by a method wherein concerte is filled after a surface of a partitioning plate wall for a continuous wall is cleaned by a wall surface cleaning machine to remove adhered substances on a construction joint portion thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A wall constituting unit body 1 is established in a digged hole 6, thereafter, concrete 7 is filled during replacing wall surface stabilizing liquid. Next, a digged hold 9 of a next order is digged and adhesive substances such as bentonite cake or the like adhered to a partitioning steel plate are cleaned and removed by a wall surface cleaning machine 10. The cleaning machine 10 is moved up-and-down by a winding device such as a crane or the like along the partitioning steel plate 2 and removes the bentonite cake by blades thereof and cleans the wall surface of the partitioning steel plate 2 with wire brush thereof. In one step of this cleaning, the steel pate is cut by a cutter provided on a supporting arm of an engaging member because a slit 3 is covered with a thin steel plate 16. Subsequently, a water sealing steel plate 19 is inserted into a guide groove 5 after the cleaning is finished. Successively, the wall constituting unit body of the next process is established in the digged hole, thereafter, the concrete is filled.
