In this case, since the terminal voltage of a resistor 13 is increased, the voltage difference between the input terminals of (+) and (-) of an operation amplifier 8 is decreased, an output of the amplifier 8 is decreased, and after all, a current flowing in a dummy resistor 3 is decreased. In case the load current has been decreased, the terminal voltage of the resistor 11 becomes small, an outut of the operation amplifier 7 is decreased, and the voltage across the resistor 13 is decreased. As a result of the foregoing, the voltage difference between the input terminals of (+) and (-) of the operation amplifier 8 is increased, and an output of the operation amplifier 8 is increased, as well. When the output of the operation amplifier 8 has been increased, a current flowing in the dummy resistor 3 is increased.
