Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a vacuum tube type solar heat collector characterized by easy assembly, high heat collection efficiency, and easy installation.
CONSTITUTION: A solar heat collector comprises a transparent pressure-resistant outer tube 7 made of glass, transparent synthetic resin, composite material thereof, or the like; end plates 10 which stop up the ends of the tube 7 to keep a vacuum in the interior 8 of the tube 7 and support heat collecting pipes 9 inserted in the tube 7; and needle-like or filament-like metallic heat-absorbing members 11 fitted to the pipes 9. The pipes 9 fitted with the heat-absorbing members 11 are welded to a Y-shaped connection pipe 14 to form a medium outlet/inlet for the pipes 9, a fitting pipe 16 having an air vent pipe 15 is brazed to the pipe 14, the end plate 10 is brazed to the pipe 16 through a bellows 17, and the end plate 10 is jointed to the tube 7 by an alloy solder 18.
