Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an homogenous molded product regardless of the change of an introduced volume amount of a kneaded article by continuously pressurizing and solidifying collected ash by an oil pressure means rotating along with a rotor.
CONSTITUTION: When the damped kneaded material of collected ash and cement is supplied into a trough 7 formed within a rotor 5 from a throw-in opening 1, an oil pressure cylinder 9 is operated due to the rotation of a rotor 5 to advance a pusher 10 and the said throw-in damped kneaded material is pressurized by said pusher 10. Because a pusher has been returned to an original position before a trough is reached to an exhaust port 2, a pressed and molded article is dropped from a mold and transferred by a conveyor or the like. In this way, if a kneaded article is continuously thrown into a trough, the uniform pressurizing, molding and solidification can be constantly carried out.
