Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of reaction by combining a reaction container or an insertion of the reaction container with a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A solid to be reacted is stored in a storage tank 1 and then sent to a fluidized bed reactor 3 by a screw conveyer 12. Also, a gas to be reacted is sent through a gas diffusing plate 4 from an introduction pipe 2 into the reactor. In the portion where reaction proceeds of the reactor 3, an insertion 5 is supported by a supporting framework 6 whose upper end 7 is fixed to the reactor and also whose lower end is connected to a vibrator 9. The vibrator 9 is operated usually at a vibration of approx. 6,000-7,000 times per minute.
