Abstract

PURPOSE:To offset a rotary moment generated by driving means by a procedure in which expansible couplers are provided between driving means of a horizontal multishaft type mixer used in the mixing of concrete and the driving means are stabilized by regulating the length of the expansible couplers. CONSTITUTION:The couplers 21 and 22 whose both ends are of pins 23 and 24 structures and also fitting portions 25-27 which enable the couplers to be elongated or shrunk, are fastened to driving means 13 by means of the pins 23 and 24. On the other hand, the driving means 13 is detachable fastened to the mixing shaft 11 so as to rotatably connect to the mixing tank 12. Thus, the couplers 21 and 22 offset and eliminate a rotary moment generated in the mixing shafts 11 due to tensile force entailed, preventing the rotation of the driving means 13 due to the rotary moment.
