Abstract

By reducing the radii r1 and r2 of curvature of the toothed angular part, molding is performed so that the edge of the tooth 5a is thicker than the tooth surface 5b and the bottom 5c of tooth is thicker than the edge of tooth 5a, and thus the shape of tooth which has superior accuracy and the large effective length of tooth shape can be obtained.
