CONSTITUTION:Organic solution of normal hexane is filled in the inner voids of the diaphragm substrate and the caulking layer blocking air flow is formed by applying the nitrocellulose or acetylcelluiose on the surface of the diaphragm substrate filled with this organic solution. Further, the caulking layer is formed only on the surface of the diaphragm to prevent the invasion of the caulking agent in the voids of fibers, and the organic solution is removed with small amount of nitro- or acetylcellulose to prevent the increase in the Q value, allowing to reproduce excellent sound.
