Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the control characteristics having low irregularity of a laser oscillation exciting circuit by connecting respective power supply blocks having divided DC power supplies connected in series with a current control element toward the adding direction of the voltages of the respective divided DC power supplies. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage current obtained by adding the voltages of the respective power supply blocks 28 connected in series is supplied from the blocks 28 to the anode 10 and the divided cathodes 12. A transistor 16 becoming the current control element is connected to each of the blocks 28, and the divided DC power supplies 14 are connected in series to the respective transistors. A diode 30 is connected in parallel with the series circuit of the transistor 16 and power supply 14. According to this configuration the power supply 14 is divided corresponding to the respective transistors, the voltages of the respective power supplies are set lower than the withstand voltage of the element 16, and a bypass circuit made of diode or the like is connected to each of the blocks 28. Therefore, it can exactly prevent the application of abnormal voltage to the respective transistors 16.
