Abstract
PURPOSE: To measure and correct the deformation of a three-dimensionally shaped object mechanically and efficiently by comparing the coordinate values of the section measurement values of arbitrary positions of the three-dimensionally shaped object and its model and controlling the resulted deformation amounts.
