Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable repair material to be efficiently and smoothly supplied by providing supply holes to a plate and pressure-feeding the repair material into these supply holes while applying vibrations or impact. CONSTITUTION:Supply holes 11 reaching the sliding face of a stationary plate 3 are suitably disposed around the nozzle hole 7 of said plate and a pipeline 12 is formed in communication to these supply holes. A repair material tank 13, vibrator 14 and pump 15 are connected to this pipeline. Vibrations or impact by the vibrator 14 is given to the repair material being force-fed into the supply device 16. As a result, the repair material penetrates well into the erosion part and crazes, etc. produced in the slide face and around the abovementioned nozzle holes 7, 10, and closing of the pipeline 12 may be prevented. If desired, a removalbe repair material containing capsule may be used as a repair material tank 13.
