Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent chattering sound from being generated, by arranging a reinforcing material in the part surrounded by the outside circumference of the core material and both surface materials and by sticking the part around surface materials to the reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:The outside circumference of core material 1 of honeycomb structure is cut vertically, and two rings 5 and 6 are arranged coaxially in the part surrounded by core material 1 and surface materials 2 and 3, and the thickness of inside ring 5 in the axis direction is smaller than that of core material 1, and the thickness of outside ring 6 in the axis direction is smaller than of ring 5, and surface materials 2 and 3 are stuck to end faces of rings 5 and 6 in the axis direction closely. Thus, chattering is not generated even if honeycomb or corrugation structure is used as core material 1.
