Abstract

PURPOSE: To pluralize the combination of parts and to facilitate the regulation of the pace of a clock by causing the outer configuration of switch members provided with members having rotational centers to coincide with the configuration of the lead part formed between the IC terminals.
CONSTITUTION: Wire bondings 14W17 are applied to respective circuit patterns 14aW17a from coarse adjusting switch terminals S1WS4 of an IC 13 fixed to a circuit substrate 12, switch members 20 and 21 are cut into two faces. When terminals S1 and S2 are connected to a power source VDD by this construction, a member 20 may preferably be set so that it comes into contact with patterns 14a, 15a and 19, and in a case where either one of terminals S3 and S4 to the power source VDD, it is sufficient to make the outer configuration of the pattern 16a parallel to the cut portion 21a of a member 21.
