Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust automatically a position shift between a nozzle point and a die inlet to make close contact of both of them accurately by a method wherein the nozzle and the nozzle supporting member are joined by means of an elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 1 and a nozzle supporting member 3 are joined with a bolt 5 by means of an elastic material such as rubber. In joining, an annular escape groove 35 is provided for relative movement of the nozzle 1 and the nozzle supporting member 3 in a longitudinal direction. A bolt hole 15 allows to be larger than the bolt size so as to permit the nozzle 1 to incline freely against the nozzle supporting member 3. Specially, this is effictive for an injection molder having a parallel nozzle arrangement with the nozzle system A1, A2, even the position shift (alpha2- alpha1), beta developed between the nozzle point 12 and the die inlets B1, B2, the elastic member 2 absorbs the position shifting (alpha2-alpha1) thereof, both of them being contacting accurately, since the nozzle 1 is inclining at an angle beta against the nozzle supporting member 3.
