CONSTITUTION:The adhesive composite has a one-pack type urethane adhesive as main componets and contains 50-100wt% solid components, namely, has a very little solvent content. Consequently, the hardening speed is high, and the speed of the assembling work can be increased considerably by using this adhesive for adhesion of contact part A between frame 1 and damper 6, contact part B between frame 1 and cone edge 3, etc., for speaker unit assembling. As the one-pack type urethane adhesive. polyether or polyester-system isocyanate adhesive including polyester or polyether and diphenylmethane dissocyanate of functional radical 2-5 can be used.
