Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently clean the interior of a drier while continuing shaft running using a small quantity of detergent liquid by a method wherein a cylindrical rotary shaft is made hollow and is supported by a heated drum body and detergent liquid is flowed through the rotating blade supporter. CONSTITUTION:Detergent liquid is supplied from an injection nozzle 24 to a liquid receiver 23, guided from inlet holes 25 to the main passage for detergent 21, and is flowed by distribution plate 26 along the internal wall of rotating shaft 20. The detergent is then guided from outlet 33 to branched passage 34, is radially passed by centrifugal force of rotating shaft 20, and is flushed from throughhole groove 35 to pin 32 supporter of moving blades 31 so as to dissolve powder deposited on this part. Furthermore, rotational centrifugal force causes the detergent to blow onto the internal surfaces of the rotating blades 31 and heated durm body 2, so that sliding motion of the rotating blades effectively performs cleaning.
