Abstract
PURPOSE: To decrease the magnetic hysteresis and improve the responsibility of the valve in the actuator, by interposing a flapper of nonmagnetic material to which the valve is installed in the side facing to the magnetic circuit of movable plates attracted to the magnetic circuit.
CONSTITUTION: An actuator 10 that produces its operating pressure by of open/ close operation of valve by the magnetic attraction caused in the magnetic circuit is constructed by parallelly placing two solenoid valves 20, 21 on a core 18 fixed to a housing 11 made of a synthetic resin. The solenoid valves 20, 21 are formed by installing nonmagnetic materials 26, 27 to magnetic cores 22, 23. Flapper members 28, 29 attracted to the cores 22, 23 are urged their positions by springs 30, 31 toward the direction away from each of the cores. The flapper members 28, 29 are constituted by magnetic movable plates 32, 33 and nonmagnetic flappers 34, 35 fixed to the side facing to the core. To both sides of each flapper, valves 36W39 are installed respectively.
