CONSTITUTION:In the outer periphery of a brake plate body 12, the friction material 13a on the opposing side to the damping face and the friction material 13b on the forcibly-pressing material side of the opposing side thereto are bound together. As the friction factor and the wear strength are made greater than the value of the friction material 13b, the wear quantity of the friction material 13a of the side of the damping face liable to early wear can be equalized the wear quantity of the friction material 13b of the forcibly-pressing material side, thus enabling to use the brake plate effectively for a long period.
