PURPOSE:To perform the fitting of gas filter simply and exactly without breaking the mesh of the gas filter by pressing into and fixing by melting to a filter holder a ceramic filter heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A heated gas filter 1 of ceramics is pressed into the cell cover 2 of polypropylene or the filter holder 4 provided to the upper cover 3 of the cover 2 in order to form the fused-bond portion 5.
