Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent too much loss of flexiblity by a method wherein after connection of a lead wire which is made of a stranded with to a coil, liquid of which the boiling point is higher than that of solvent of varnish is applied to the lead wire and futhermore the coil is insulated with varnish application. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire consisting of a stranded wire is connected to a coil. Next, liquid of which the boiling point is higher than that of varnish solvent is applied to the lead wire so as not to be applied on the coil. Next, the coil is insulated by varnish application. By this method because the lead wire has the the liquid in it, penetration of varnish due to capillary action is hindered with the part where liquid is applied.
