Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of burr by the action of tight clamping and close adhesion of cutting portions provided in surfaces which are abutted on to each other, by a method wherein convexities are provided in an outer surface of a thin type mold, and fulcrums of the pressure applied on an outer surface of the mold are positioned in places different from fulcrums of a mold abutting surface when mold-clamping is performed.
CONSTITUTION: Cavities 12, 12 are provided at lower mold 10, upper mold 11 is made of comparatively thin metal plate, and while gates 13, 13 are provided at the positions corresponding to cavities 12, 12, projection 15 which is smaller than the cavity surface is provided at the surrounding of gate opening 13 of outer side 11a.
