Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible accurate setting of the timer time in a finer range while holding of set time at the power failure by producing the timer time signal from the segment signal of the digital watch.
CONSTITUTION: This digital timer is equipped with a display 2 having a tens digit hour indicating part 23, a units digit hour indicating part 24, a tens digit minute indicating part 26 and a units digit minute indicating part comprising a plurality of segments totaly presenting a figure of 8, a watch integrated circuit 1 for transmitting signals to the segments to indicate time on the display in sequence according to the time signal, a code converter which is adapted to output the timer time signal according to each digit position of the display by selective inputting of the output signal transmitted to the display 2 from the circuit 1, switching devices 4a and 4b which are so arranged that the action time is set corresponding to each digit position with a proper indication. The timer signal is outputted the moment the time signal coincides the set action time.
