CONSTITUTION:The signal from the questioning device on the land is provided to a non-linear semiconductor 2 through a transmitting/receiving antenna 1. The modulated sweep signal is demodulated and fed to the resonance circuit 4 by way of a mathing transformer 3. A reflection signal is formed from any of corresponding elements 41-4n in the circuit 4 and combined with the receiving carrier signal to form a demodulated signal, which is teansmitted to the questioning device as the response signal from the antenna 1.
