Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify hole-sealing by using the prescribed part which is cut, having a part left, for forming hole as a plug for filling up the hole. CONSTITUTION:A projection part 2 is formed by drawing the central part of a prescribed part 11 for forming a hole on a floor plate 1, and said projection part is cut, having a part 3 left, and then the prescribed part 11 is bent downward from the rest part 3 to form a hole 6, and the projection part 2 is stretched, and on the cut end part opposite to the rest part 3, cut grooves 5a and 5b are formed. The floor plate 1 is mounted on a car body, having cut part 11a bent upward amoung cut parts 11a-11c which are divided by cut grooves 5a and 5b. After necessary processing is performed through the hole 6, the prescribed part 11 is bent again upward, and the cut end parts 11b and 11c are contacted with the under surface 1b of the floor plate, and the cut end part 11a is bent downward to fill-up the hole 6. Thus, the prescribed part 11 cut for forming the hole 6 is effectively utilized, and the necessity of making a new plug is eliminated.
