Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the concentrated twist of a flexible tube type body at the final stage of its turnover process by a method wherein the flexible tube type body is wound in a coil form where clockwise and counterclockwise wound parts exist together, placed in a pressure vessel, drawn out and turned over.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible tube type body T forms a multiple stage coil C where clockwise wound coils C1, C3, C5 and counterclockwise wound coils C2, C4 are arranged and the outer ends of each coil are continuous with the inner ends of the neighboring coils. It is placed in a pressure vessel 1, the flexible tube type body T is drawn out of the inner side of the coil C1 and fixed to a clamp 6, then, pressure fluid is sent from a pressure inlet 4, the turnover part E is advanced. In a multiple stage coil C1, clockwise wound coils and counterclockwise wound ones may be freely arranged or the both way wound parts may be placed together in one coil. In this way concentration of twists are prevented in the final stage of a turnover process.
