Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a master sheet superior in raw stock storage stability, by imagewise exposing a photosensitive sheet having a photosensitive layer containing a phenol or naphthol derivative and superposing this sheet on an image receiving sheet having a layer containing an organic tellurium compound and heating them.
CONSTITUTION: A coating material containing a phenol or naphthol derivative and a sensitizer, a sensitivity adjuvant, a binder, etc., is coated on transparent substrate 5 made of polyester film or the like, and dried to form photosensitive layer 6 and photosensitive sheet 4. Original 1 having image area 2 and nonimage area 3 is superposed on layer 6, and subjected to contact reflection image exposure due to light 9 to erase the heat transfer property of the phenolic derivative on exposed area 8.
