Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a turning bladed wheel provided with shaft made of sintered nitric slicate applicable for a practical use by using a sintered nitric silicate for ceramic, making a hole of a shaft of the turning bladed wheel and a part of the shaf as special forms, and also filling up the space between them with a sintered nitric silicate.
CONSTITUTION: When the bladed wheel is used for an impeller provided with a shaft for a chemical pump, four impellers 1 made of sintered nitric silicate are fitted in a vortex form looking towards the revolving direction, with a hub 9 protruding towards the shaft line, at an edge of the shaft hole 2 of the center of the impeller 1. The configuration of the shaft hole 2 is, for example, of a non-circular form being composed of a smooth uneven curve. And to the shaft hole 2, inserted a shaft 8 made of a sintered nitric silicate with a non-circular portion formed at the end 6 for a length equal to that of the shaft hole 2. And protrusions 10 are extended at every turn towards raidal directions from an external surface of the shaft 8 at a space between the end 6 of the shaft and protrusions 4 for preventing removal, and a sintered nitric silicate 5 is filled up closely.
