Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the use of the fusing agent by impregnating a polyurethane sheet with a powdery fusing agent with vibration by inverting it piled on the fusing agent after a special-shaped groove provided on a vibration plate is filled therewith.
CONSTITUTION: A relatively thin polyurethane is cut out in a required shape to form a surface cushion material 2.
