Then control oscillator 10 is connected to circuit 9 to secure the electric switching control for circuit 9. Oscillator 10 is controlled by the output of mono-multi oscillator 11, and the intermittent carrier is transmitted in case oscillator 10 is put under the oscillation state. Then the normal SSB transmission is carried out automatically in the state under which the oscillation of oscillator 10 stops.
