CONSTITUTION: The fluctuations in the total weight of every shelf 28 are detected at all times by each load detector 16. Thereupon, when the timer having been set by an hour timer 35, the total weight of every shelf 28 is sequentially scanned at every specified time from the shelf number S11 up to SNn by the operation of an automatic scanner 32 and is stored in a memory circuit 43 through an amplifier 35 and A/D converter 36.
