CONSTITUTION:The scale deposited on an inner wall of a fermentation apparatus in a beer preparing procedure is contacted with an aqueous solution in which anionic ion selected from chloride ion, nitrate radical, sulfamic acid radical and aluminum ion are coexisted in a ratio of 0.33-3mol of anionic ion per 1mol of aluminum ion at 0-50 deg.C to remove the scale. Moreover, an aqueous solution is prepared by dissolving hydrogen chloride, nitric acid, sulfumic acid or a mixture thereof and aluminum hydroxide in water.
