CONSTITUTION:Two parallel guides 4 are fixed to outer frame 10 in parellel with the surface of plate 3, rollers 5 which rotate or slide along guides 4 are attached to frame 6, and brush holder fitting stand 7 is attached through raising or dropping screw 9 set in frame 6. Brush stand 1 is fixed to brush holder 8 so as to contact brush bristles 2 to the plate 3 surface at an appropriate inclination angle, and the degree of contacting bristles 2 to the surface is adjusted by raising or dropping stand 7 with screw 9. Frame 6, i.e. stand 7 is then reciprocated horizontally with geared motor 11 through crank 12. Thus, bristles 2 uniformly rub the whole surface of plate 3 to attain the expected purpose.
