PURPOSE:To improve producibility by making an adjustment of an oscillation frequency while piezoelectric vibrators are mounted on a longish tape. CONSTITUTION:On flexible tape 12 with tape feed sprocket holes 10 and piezoelectric vibrator guide holes 11, piezoelectric vibrators 9 are mounted by adhesive tape 13. Next, tape 12 is wound around a reel together with spacer tape 14. This reel is installed in a frequency adjuster for work. This unit consists of laser generator 1, optical work unit 2, oscillation-frequency measuring instrument 3, tape feed unit 16, tape takeup units 17 and 18, spacer tape bypass roller 19, and controller 20. Then, vibrators 9 are sequentially fed and worked by a laser beam over a measurement of each oscillation frequency, thereby adjusting the oscillation frequency. Thus, the producibility can greatly be improved.
