Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent improper shape of a molded article having nonuniformly distributed holes by a method wherein one mold is moving back from other mold in order to allow the article to remove from the other mold, as one mold is moving back the article being removed from a movable core.
CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin melted by heat is injected to fill in the cavity 14 from the parison 15 of the fixed die 11 to form the finger plate 1. After cooling, as the first process of parting mold, the mounting plate 12 is slidden toward the left direction to allow the movable die 13 to part from the fixed die 11. Next, as the second process of the parting die, the movable die 13 is moved toward the left direction to parting further from the fixed die 11. This allows the plate 1 to remove from the fixed die 11. The final process of parting die is such manner that the movable die 13 is, further, moved to the left direction, the pushing rod 26 is projected from the movable core 18 by moving in a right direction as resisting this. The finger plate 1 is parting from the movable core 18 by using the pushing pin 25.
