Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain accurate measurement data by a method wherein a curved bubble collecting unit is provided above the flow cell body, and is vibrated, and thereby bubbles are caused to move upward quickly. CONSTITUTION:By closing three-way valve 13 and valve 18 and driving test solution supply means 12, a fixed amount of test solution is injected into enclosing space 4 of flow cell body 1 from injection port 2. Bubbles produced at this time float upward and are collected in convex bubble collecting unit 5. Next, by opening valve 18, air accumulated above collecting unit 5 is discharged through air exhaust 6, and at the same time, by sucking test solution slightly, bubbles floating in the test solution are moved upward. At this time, when frame 22 and cell body 1 are vibrated by a fixed number of times by actuating motor 30, it becomes easier for the bubbles in the test solution to move upward and at the same time the bubbles attached to the inner wall of cell proper 1 separate from the wall and move upward. By this, since the bubbles in the test solution move upward and are discharged quickly, it is possible to obtain accurate colorimetric data.
