Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce the captioned dinnerware having high-grade beautiful appearance by providing the cloisonne part which has been formed with patterns and has been secured with silver wires within a nitric-acid-soluble-metal-made ware body and dissolving the ware bottom then fitting the same to the through-hole part of the dinnerware.
CONSTITUTION: Silver wires 2 formed to arbitrary patterns are baked within the ware body 1 which has been formed to an arbitrary shape by nitric-acid-soluble- metal. See-through cloisonne glaze is applied between these silver wires 2, followed by firing, whereby the cloisonne part 3 is formed. After the firing, the top surface of the closionne part 3 is polished. Only the bottom part of this ware body 1 having the cloisonne part 3 is dipped in a nitric acid solution or the entire part of the ware body 1 is dipped in the nitric acid solution. In this way, only the un-dipped portion or cloisonne part 3 is left. Thereby, the cloisonne part 3 is so formed that its top and bottom faces may be seen through. This is fitted to the through-hole part 6 of the handle 5 or other of the dinner ware through or not throgh a metal frame 7 by using adhesive agents.
