Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable close distance communication by means of short waves over broad range and over a wide variety of frequency in excellent manner, by the electromagnetic waves emitted to high elevation angle. CONSTITUTION:Four messenger wires K are expanded downward with a slope from the top of the mast T so that they have almost equal distrance with each other and the lower ends are held on ground to form four isoscelece triangle planes Q-1- Q-4. The boom B consisting of conductor rod is respectively located at the position vertically dividing each isoscelece triangle plane in two and the zigzag shape conductor E expanded in crossing in logarithmical period to each boom is located with being supported on the messenger wire K. The upper ends a, b of the boon B of each radiator constituted with the planes Q-1 and Q-3 and the upper ends c, d of the boom B of each radiator constituted with the planes Q-2 and Q-4 are taken as power feed points. The power supply points a, b are excited in opposite phase and similarly the power supply points c, d are excited in opposite phase, allowing to radiate the polarized waves orthogonal each other upward.
