Abstract

PURPOSE: To arrange objects in a regular line easily without noises by providing means to generate a specific distribution of flow speed in a flow passage.
CONSTITUTION: Several number of nozzles 3 are provided on the wall 1 of a flow passage with openings 2 of proper angles into the flow passage for generating a speed distribution in the fluid current slow in the central part and fast near the wall 1. In this construction, when an object is placed in the flow passage at a right angle to the flow, the object is slanted by unstable low-pressure parts given in the downstream of the object, and when placed near the wall 1, the object is moved to the central part and finally sustained in a stable state with equal resistances on both sides. Objects can be therefore arranged in a regular line without being given any mechanical forces and noises.
