Abstract

For the 2nd reproduction, memory command signal 26 is so outputted that it will all be stored in any other period than the dropout period. In the dropout signal part which was not stored at that time, a previously-stored picture signal resides, so that a picture with its dropout compensated, when read from memory element 13, will be obtained.
