Abstract
PURPOSE:To make an accurate measurement possible by obtaining a correction value on the basis of the result obtained by subjecting temporarily data obtained by measurement to Fourier conversion and by correcting data on the basis of this correction value. CONSTITUTION:High-frequency pulses are applied from an irradiation system to the sample in NMR probe 1 arranged in the magnetic pole gap, and the detection signal obtained from NMR probe 1 according to this pulse applying is sent to two phase detectors 3 and 4 through amplifier 2. Reference signals different in phase by 90 deg. are supplied to phase detectors 3 and 4, and free induction damping signals (FID signals) obtained from respective detectors are sent to computer 9 through low-frequency amplifiers 5 and 6 and A-D converters 7 and 8 and are subjected to Fourier conversion. A correction value is calculated on the basis of the result obtained by Fourier conversion, and data obtained by measurement is corrected on the basis of this value.
