CONSTITUTION: Once sine wave A is inputted to terminal 1, comparator 11 outputs rectangular wave C to obtain negative pulse D (solid line) through differentiating circuit 12 and diode 13 and negative pulse D (dotted line) through inverting amplifier circuit 14, differentiating circuit 15 and diode 16, and the 1st control signal is outputted through terminal. Signal A, on the other hand, is changed through comparator 2 into rectangular wave E, which is led out to terminal 3 as the 2nd control signal, and negative pulse F (solid line) obtained through differentiating circuit 4 and diode 5 and negative pulse F (dotted line) through inverting amplifier circuit 7, differentiating circuit 8 and diode 9 are led out to terminal 6.
