Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten the durm synchronous time by keeping the motor warm at all times with the heat generation caused by the counter electromotive force of the motor.
CONSTITUTION: Solenoid 8 features the non-excitation state when the drum stops its movement, and lever 5 is energized to the right side by plate spring 7. And then stop bar 3 fits into cavity part 10 of drum 1 to stop drum 1. At the same time, microswitch 11 is turned off, and switch 14 is connected toward low voltage circuit 13. Motor 2 is an inductive motor and is thus going to turn with the force weaker than that of the steady rotation time via low voltage circuit 13. But motor 2 cannot turn since drum 1 is stopped and thus warmed with the heat generated by the counter electromotive force. And when bar 3 is released from drum 1 by the rotation command given from the transmitter, switch 11 is turned on to give connection to switch 14 toward high voltage circuit 12. Thus motor 2 has the sudden rotation toward the steady rotational speed.
