Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an injection molded integralized product having an appearance of a wooded grain tone by forming in vacuum a polystyrene resin sheet combined with wooden powder.
CONSTITUTION: Polystyrene resin and wooden powder are mixed and kneaded under heating in order to disperse the wooden powder uniformly in the molten polystyrene resin and are flowed into one direction, thereafter, are dried and formed into a sheet. A sheet 3 formed by a vacuum forming in a metallic die is set in metallic molds 4, 5 and is integralized by an injection molding with a polyester resin or ABS resin 6, thereby, a resin formed product having an appearance of a wooden grain tone may be obtained.
