The information recorded in the recording media 83 is regenerated by the record regenerator 82, and the rudder angle signal standardized on the absolute direction signal offered from the compass 7 to analyzer 81, is given to the rudder angle controller 12. According to the direction, the motor of the rudder angle controller 12 rotates the rudder plate to conform conditions recorded by the recording media 83.
