CONSTITUTION: The heat produced in heat generating component 5 is transferred to an operation liquid via heat receiving member 3, and then it is transferred to heat discharge member 4. Since at least either heat receiving member 3 or heat discharge unit 4 projects inside through the wall of closed pipe path 1, heat is transferred directly between heat receiving unit 3 and operation liquid 2.
